The surf is looking really fun this morning with more size and a little less wind than yesterday. The marine forecast is calling for the winds to pick up out of the S into the 20 -25 knot range and then go NW by this afternoon. The buoys are reading in the 6ft. range closer into shore so it could be a really epic session this afternoon when the winds clock to the N. The surf is holding in the waist high range this morning with a NE wind in the 10 mph range. Hope you can get out here early as it probably wont last all day. The buoys are still reading 6 ft. but the marine forecast is calling for NE winds for most of the day. There is one factor that could work in our favor, low tide was at 5:40am so the tide will be pushing in to a high till 6:45pm. Looks real fun for a great longboard or fish session, grab your board and some rubber and hit it. 

The surf is flat but great paddleboarding conditions and also great weather for bombing a hill or playing for disc golf. Stop by the shop we have what you need. There are little waves still making it in to the beach in the knee high range. The buoys are still reading around 2 ft. and we have light N winds this morning. The marine forecast is calling for E winds that will clock around to SW by this afternoon. We have a low tide around 10:45am and a high around midnight. Get out and catch some of this surf as it may be the last surf until late next week. If you don’t go surfing the Seafood Festival is going on downtown, stop by the shop and say hi.

The surf is building with waves showing up this morning in the waist to rib high range. We have E winds at 5 mph right now with a forecast for the winds to pick up into the 15-20 mph range. The buoys are already reading in the 4 ft. range with an E swell so go surf. We have a high tide at 11:30am and a low at 6pm. We need volunteers for our Haunted Skatepark Halloween weekend. The plan is to do a haunted house in our skatepark. We need volunteers to help construct, coordinate and scare the crap out of our guests. This would be going on for a few nights so we would love for you to commit to at least 1 or 2 of those nights from around 5-9pm. Anything you  can do to help (donate time, decorations, or just your ideas) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, and we look forward to hearing from everyone.

We want all the loyal fans of Waterboyz to take a picture of a Waterboyz sticker that you’ve stuck somewhere cool like a stop sign, a fence post, the drive-thru at McDonalds in Seattle Washington, a Taxi Cab in Nicaragua, wherever. Then submit the picture to our Facebook page including a back-story and location of the sticker. It can be any Waterboyz sticker, new or old.

You will be judged in 3 categories: Distance (how far away from the shop on 9th Ave), Difficulty (how hard was it to get the sticker there), and Creativity/Originality (how unique/interesting was the placement). There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place: $75, $50 and $25 Gift Cards. Heres an example of Jackson Fell putting a sticker on a Marlin in Norfolk, VA at Harpoon Harry’s.
